Tetralogy of fallot with absent pulmonary valve is rare. We report the antenatal diagnosis of this condition in early mid‐semester. In this unusual case, the patient presented with hydrops fetalis. The pathophysiology is discussed. (ECHOCARDIOGRAPHY, Volume 10, November 1993)
