The right parasternal view and recognition of flow acceleration and convergence are important aspects of routine two‐dimensional color Doppler echocardiography. This case illustrates their importance in the echocardiographic identification of Type I truncus arteriosus in one of the oldest reported living adults with this congenital abnormality.
