Double Atrial Response. This case report describes a patient in whom a single ventricular depolarization resulted in a double atrial response and the initiation of atypical A V nodal reentrant tachycardia after successful radiofrequency ablation of typical AV nodal reentrant tachycardia using the slow pathway approach.
