We report a 33‐year‐old man with idiopathic frequent premature ventricular contractions (PVCs) originating from the superior tricuspid annulus. The PVCs were successfully abolished via a transjugular approach because of poor contact of the ablation catheter via a femoral vein approach. (PACE 2012;35:e358–e360)
