Radiofrequency catheter ablation is fast becoming the procedure of choice for the nonpharmacological treatment of atrioventricular connections that are responsible for debilitating tachycardias. We, herein, present a case of reentrant supraventricular tachycardia secondary to on otrioventricular connection in a Fontan patient that was successfully treated with radiofrequency catheter ablation.
