Concealed Atrial Parasystole Following the Senning Operation

A patient with sick sinus syndrome following the Senning operation was also found to have concealed atrial parasystole during intracardiac electrophysiological study. This atrial parasystolic pattern could he converted to atrial bigeminy by changing the atrial drive rate.
