ILICETO, S., et al. : Two‐dimensional echocardiographic recognition of a pacing catheter perforation of the interventricular septum . A case of a pacing catheter perforation of the interventricular septum is presented here. The entire catheter length was visualized by two‐dimensional real‐time echocardiography utilizing the subcostal approach; the catheter was seen entering the left ventricle through the high interventricular septum.
