Six anti‐Lub sera were tested simultaneously by different serologic methods. Papain or bromelin treatment of the Lu(b+) erythrocytes and the antiglobulin test are recommended for detection of anti‐Lu b . The enzyme test is slightly better than the antiglobulin test.
