The findings in 18 cases of individuals with Rh o ‐positive blood who had antibodies in their serum resembling anti‐Rh o in specificity are briefly summarized. One interesting finding is the relatively high frequency of such individuals among Negroes, especially with the blood type Rh d o and Rh abd o . The significance of these findings is discussed.
