A case is presented of primary lymphosarcoma of the right breast in a 75‐year‐old woman. Am extended simple mastectomy was performed as the therapy of choice. In view of the patient's advanced age and the lack of evidence for metastasis from this primary lesion, possibly a five‐year survival may be expected.
