A case is reported of torsion of an ovarian cystadenoma in a 101‐year‐old woman. The tumor was removed surgically. The noteworthy features of the case were the rarity of this complication in such an aged woman, the presence of clinical and radiological signs that made the correct diagnosis possible before operation, and the remarkable tolerance to surgery displayed by the centenarian patient.
