A bstract : A recently developed soapless cleansing bar (Emulave) has proved to be very helpful in the treatment of many dry, pruritic dermatoses. It was tested in 100 cases. Almost half of the patients were more than 60 years of age. The cleansing bar was readily accepted and well tolerated.
