Two men with unusueity high blood acetaJdehyde levels of 750 and 2410 Mfl/dl presented only mMd symptomatology. Their blood ethanol levels, 730 and 1121 mg/dl, were also extraordinarily high. However, Iver function tests demonstrated no abnormalities.
