SUMMARY A gas chromatographic procedure is described for routine measurement of anti‐epileptic drugs, including carbamazepine, in body fluids of patients treated with a number of these drugs simultaneously. Problems involved in the selection of the gas chromatographic conditions, internal standards and the elimination of interfering substances are described.
