( Headache 2010;50:1203‐1214) A patient with migraine‐induced stroke with risk factors involving both anterior cerebral artery and posterior cerebral artery territory was presented. To better explain the symptom, the mechanisms of the migraine‐induced stroke with risk factors were assessed and a hypothesis was raised.
