Hemicrania continua (HC)‐like headache has been described with various intra‐ and extracranial pathologies. We describe a female patient with HC‐like headache of 6‐year duration with an epidermoid in cerebello‐pontine angle, in whom indomethacin was successfully withdrawn after surgery. We also review the reports of various other symptomatic HC and compare with primary HC.
