SYNOPSISA 54‐year‐old patient presented with two types of pain. The first was similar to trigeminal neuralgia and the second was similar to cluster headache. Clinical diagnosis was cluster‐tic syndrome. Neuro‐imaging studies disclosed an ectatic basilar artery. The significance of this finding is difficult to ascertain.
