SYNOPSIS A 25‐year‐old woman with a history of basilar migraine attacks ultimately resulting in a basilar artery migraine stroke is described. Brain computed tomography showed bilateral hypodense lesions in the cerebellar hemispheres. A survey of literature on basilar artery migraine is presented and the relation between stroke and migraine is discussed.
