SYNOPSIS Since the description of chronic paroxysmal hemicrania as a separate headache syndrome responsive to indomethacin, two other such syndromes have been described, i.e. hemi‐crania continua and episodic paroxysmal hemicrania. Like chronic paroxysmal hemicrania, these syndromes are relatively rare but their recognition is important because of the absolute and seemingly specific response to indomethacin. In the present paper one additional case of each is described.
