SYNOPSIS We have followed‐up, by means of 4 weeks of headache diary, 21 chronic headache patients (9 tension, 12 vascular) annually for 5 years after the successful completion of biofeedback and/or relaxation training. Results show 78% tension headache patients and 91% of vascular headache patients are still significantly improved.
