SYNOPSIS The aim of this study was to evaluate the effect of Nimodipine on episodic cluster headache. 13 patents were studied in an open trial. The study design required that treatment be started 2 to 10 days after the beginning of cluster cycle. Nimodipine stopped clusters in 7 (53%) out of 13 patients within 10 days of treatment.
