SYNOPSIS A photographic pupillometric study has been carried out in 22 migrainous patients, aged between 5 and 17. The pupillary responses to phenylephrine and to fenfluramine in the migrainous patients did not significantly differ from the healthy subjects except at 8th hour during the fenfluramine test. The results are discussed with regard to the hypothesis of a functional deficiency of iris adrenergic innervation.
