SYNOPSIS A patient with a hematoma of the corpus callosum producing transient memory, speech and motor defecits as well as post traumatic type 1 headaches is presented. This is the first known demonstration of a resolving hematoma of the corpus callosum by CT scan and the first case report of a post traumatic headache caused by hematoma of the corpus callosum.
