SYNOPSIS In previous studies, we reported chronic hemodialysis patients who suffer with headaches to have low renin, low aldosterone, and high blood pressure. We report the role of plasma 18 Hydroxy‐II‐deoxycorticosterone 18 OHDOC as another mineralocorticoid responsible for such biochemical change. Plasma 18 OHDOC level was found to be low in these patients.
