Abstract:  Ankyloblepharon filiforme adnatum is a rare malformation, which may appear either in isolation, or with associated findings. We report a case of ankyloblepharon filiforme adnatum without associated anomalies, and discuss the management, and need for careful examination to exclude other anomalies.
