  Organ transplant recipients on immunosuppressant therapy are at risk of developing lymphoproliferative disorders. Although rare, there have been reported cases of primary cutaneous T‐cell lymphoma occurring in this population. We present a pediatric patient who developed cutaneous T‐cell lymphoma with mycosis fungoides histology after liver transplantation.
