Transplacentally transferred dermatoses (TTDs) are cutaneous diseases that are transmitted from mother to fetus through the placental circulation. The uniqueness of the matemal‐placental‐fetal interction provides many helpful opportunities to enhance our understanding of the pathogenesis and course of these diseases.
