Abstract: A 16‐year‐old boy with an extensive epidermal nevus and mild scoliosis had a transitional cell carcinoma of the bladder. The association of the epidermal nevus syndrome with a variety of other tumors and the rarity of bladder carcinoma in children may make the association more than coincidental.
