Dialyzer reprocessing systems “accept” dialyzers for reuse if their total cell volume (TCV) is well maintained. What nephrologists mainly care about, however, is the dialyzer's urea clearance. How well documented is the TCV‐urea clearance relationship for dialyzers in current use?
