A 43‐year‐old white female with end‐stage renal disease (ESRD)from idiopathic membranoproliferative glomerulonephritis has been on hemodialysis for three years. Past medical history is unremarkable except for hypertension. Family history is negative. The patient dialyzes thrice weekly with infrequent side effects and works full time as a graphic designer. Menstruation is regular with occasional heavy flow .
