Summary: A survey of conference delegates attending the Urogynaecology Day at the 1997 Annual Scientific Meeting of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons indicated that practitioners are inconsistent in their approach to the use of preoperative urodynamics evaluation for women with stress incontinence and disagree about the significance of the low pressure urethra.
