Summary: A case of ovarian ectopic pregnancy associated with ovarian hyperstimulation following in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer is reported where potentially dangerous conventional forms of treatment were avoided by the use of transabdominal ultrasound‐guided needling and methotrexate instillation.
