Summary: As part of the investigation of a 23‐year‐old nullipara with a history of tuberous sclerosis requesting inclusion on a donor oocyte programme, a hystero‐salpingogram was performed and showed an unusual cavity pattern. The uterus appeared normal at hysteroscopy and laparoscopy. The cause for this unusual cavity pattern remains a matter of conjecture.
