EDITORIAL COMMENT": We accepted this case report for publication not only because of the intriguing and potentially dangerous outcome of bilateral tubal ectopic pregnancy after implantation of pronuclear stage embryos into 1 tube, but also because of the insight provided regarding possible routes of transport of the early embryo within the reproductive tract. In addition, the members of the editorial subcommittee of this journal wish to make it clear to readers that they do not recommend expectant management of women with a clinical diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy.
