Summary: Palliative treatment of an enterovaginal fistula secondary to adenocarcinoma of the rectum in a 65‐year‐old woman with intraperitoneal corium porcine graft is reported. The patient had previously had a total colectomy for ulcerative colitis followed by excision of the rectal stump, mucosal proctectomy and ileostomy.
