Summary: The outcome of 6 pregnant women with second trimester oligohydramnios in the absence of ruptured membranes before 20 weeks' gestation is reported. The overall prognosis of these pregnancies was poor with only 2 survivors. Review of the literature confirms the poor outcome of such pregnancies.
