Summary: A rare, enormous, unresectable, osteosarcoma of the uterus is reported. This obstructed ureters, enclosed rectum, bladder, aorta and vena cava, and metastasized to peritoneum, lungs and liver causing death of the patient by renal and pulmonary failure.
