Summary The results of a series of 6 pregnancies (including 1 set of twins) in renal transplant patients are presented with a review of the relevant literature. There were no fetal anomalies or deaths, or episodes of renal compromise or graft rejection. The important complications were hypertension (4), prematurity (4) and fetal growth retardation (2).
