Summary: A case of Sipple's syndrome (multiple endocrine neoplasia) in a 24‐year‐old pregnant Hindu patient is described. Classical features included multiple carcinoma of the thyroid and adrenal glands. The patient died shortly after admission with hypertensive encephalopathy/preeclampsia.
