Summary: A case of cervical pregnancy is described. The diagnosis was made pre‐operatively. Management included digital evacuation of the pregnancy, bilateral ligation of the internal iliac arteries and repeated packing of the implantation site in the cervical canal. The patient has since had one unsuccessful and 2 successful intra‐uterine pregnancies.
