Summary: A successful pregnancy outcome in 2 patients with cadaveric renal transplants is described. Changes in renal function, fetal monitoring, and delivery by Caesarean section are discussed. The occurrence of viral infections during pregnancies in these immunosuppressed women is a potential fetal hazard.
