Summary: Five triplet pregnancies are described. None of these terminated prematurely. The perinatal mortality was 33%, while the sex ratio was 150:100. There was one set of conjoined twins. The literature on triplet pregnancy is reviewed and the incidence, aetiology, diagnosis, complications and management are discussed.
