Summary:1 Torsion of a unilateral Krukenberg tumour complicating pregnancy and resulting in abortion is reported. 2 This association is exceedingly rare. 3 Other cases of this combination have resulted in rapid death, and, in this case, a recurrence of the primary tumour at the site of origin was detected. 4 The relevant literature is reviewed
