Summary 1. Three patients with hydro‐ureter and hydronephrosis associated with genital prolapse have been presented. This complication is more common than usually believed. 2. When urinary symptoms are present in patients with uterine prolapse, full urological investigation should be instituted. with repair would appear to be the most logical form of treatment.
