A description of the equipment developed for the continours measurement of the air permeability of moving fabric webs is presented. Details of the technique applied in practice for the measurement of the air premeability are given. The equipement developed is simple, inexpensive and may be useful in studying the effect of premeability in textile finishing processes, e.g. in the printing process.
