The dyeing behaviour of binary mixtures selected from four disperse dyes of dissimilar structure has been examined and it has been shown that no interaction takes place. These mixtures, and also other non‐interacting mixtures, yield normal melting point diagrams with a eutectic point, whereas mixtures of interacting dyes show no eutectic.
