SUMMARY Laying dates of six species of sea‐birds on St. Helena were determined in the spring and summer of 1958–59 by members of the B.O.U. Centenary Expedition on two visits from Ascension Island. Laying dates of the same species on Ascension Island are compared. Only two species showed close seasonal agreement between the two islands.
