—A rapid and sensitive radioimmunoassay for the neuron‐specific protein, 14‐3‐2, has been developed. The assay was used to determine the amounts of 14‐3‐2 protein in soluble extracts prepared from clones of the C 1300 murine neuroblastoma and from C 1300 × L cell hybrid clones. The values obtained with the radioimmune procedure correlated with those obtained in microcomplement fixation and microprecipitin assays.
