—The formation of peptido‐amines from acetylaspartic acid and histamine incubated with amino acids Glu, Gly, Ser, Ala and GABA is described. The incubation was performed using a 16000 g × 30 min supernatant extract of hypothalamic tissue which had been cleared of small molecular weight compounds by passage through a G‐25 Sephadex column.
