Summary. Twenty‐eight patients with advanced cancer were treated with 2·5 mg of bromocriptine twice daily. One patient with carcinoma of the ovary achieved tumour stasis. Of 18 patients with carcinoma of the cervix, three achieved tumour stasis and five achieved very long remissions with a median survival of more than 6 years from the start of treatment.
